The TDE will leverage clinical expertise, strategic planning, and business development skills to educate healthcare professionals, develop educational programs, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise & Education: Possess in-depth knowledge of catheter ablation therapy, develop and deliver educational programs, stay updated on market trends, support therapy staff, and implement continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning & Business Development: Identify market opportunities, develop strategies for therapy adoption, and build relationships with KOLs.
- Internal Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal teams and provide support for business reviews.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Support customer engagement strategies, coordinate educational events, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of clinical and/or sales/marketing experience in the Cardiovascular Treatment space.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cardiology Pharma Background.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and a local language.
- Preference: Candidates from Indian Pharma handling Cardiovascular Portfolio.
- Career Growth: Clear pathway into the medical technology/device industry.
