Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee – Customer Support Engineer (CSE) to support our Technical Services operations. Ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, this remote role focuses on customer service coordination, technical documentation, and field service tracking. Candidates will gain valuable exposure to sterilization systems, infection prevention programs, and clinical support processes across healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer complaint/service calls accurately
- Coordinate with field service engineers for timely issue resolution
- Track preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and demo machine deployments
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment movement
- Assist in the preparation of warranty and service contract reports
- Collaborate with supply chain teams for consumables and parts delivery
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BE / B.Tech (preferably in Biomedical Engineering)
- Experience: Relevant technical service experience in medical devices or healthcare is preferred
- Note: Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Employment Terms: Training & Full-Time Engagement
- The position will begin with an initial 3-month training period, during which the candidate’s performance and alignment with Medi Transcare’s expectations will be assessed.
- Upon successful completion of the training, the individual will be confirmed as a full-time employee on the Medi Transcare payroll.
