Location: Various Locations- Lucknow, Surat/Bharuch, Vishakhapatnam (Vizag).
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for-
- Achieve Net Sales and AR targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Execute initiatives rolled out by the division to meet sales and collection targets.
- Drive revenue growth from selected sites by implementing value-added activities for retention and penetration.
- Conduct and participate in activities such as demos, e-demos, seminars, customer visits, and webinars to generate and nurture leads.
- Leverage high-quality sales tools to convert self-generated and marketing leads while ensuring a timely response.
- Work closely with the service team to strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and market trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Competencies:
- English – Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage.
- Must possess good business acumen, be self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics or BSc in Electronics.
- Usage of CRM and/or an ERP system will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of frontline sales experience in capital equipment.
- Knowledge of automation, process, or packaging equipment industry will be an added advantage.
- Past exposure to consultative/value selling of capital equipment.
- Preferred Industry: Pharma, Medical Devices, Food, Chemical or Manufacturing
