Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to manage and grow the medical business within the assigned territory. The role involves developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with healthcare institutions and distributors, and promoting premium infection prevention and healthcare protection solutions across hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive territory sales growth and achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distribution networks.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, purchase teams, infection control departments, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Manage and support distributor networks through product training, joint customer visits, and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service education programs, and customer engagement activities.
  • Develop monthly territory plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and project opportunities to support business growth strategies.
  • Participate in medical exhibitions, trade shows, CMEs, and healthcare networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and business execution.
  • Monitor budgets, business performance, and recurring customer engagement within the territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of field sales experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare PPE, Surgical Consumables, or related healthcare industry.
  • Strong experience in hospital sales, distributor management, and end-user conversion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong planning, execution, and territory management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
