Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional responsible for driving business growth, managing distributor networks, and developing strong relationships with end users across assigned territories and industry verticals. The role involves promoting industrial safety and PPE solutions, identifying new business opportunities, executing conversion projects, and ensuring sustainable customer engagement through value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conversion projects within key industry segments.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Support distributor sales teams through product training and joint customer visits.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer data, and reports through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, marketing, and supply chain for smooth business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Safety, PPE, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in distributor/channel management and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with good planning and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
