Position Overview
Medi Transcare Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Service Support Admin (SSA) to provide operational and administrative support to our client’s technical service teams. This role is critical in ensuring backend coordination for field service activities, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
As an SSA, you’ll be the backbone of field operations—managing ERP entries, service calls, spare parts, and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Call Coordination: Log, update, and manage service requests
- Spare Parts Handling: Process requests, track approvals, and reconcile usage
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule, assign, and track PM activities
- ERP/SAP Updates: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in systems
- Reporting: Generate reports on open/closed calls, part usage, and compliance
- Escalations: Highlight pending issues to relevant teams for resolution
What We’re Looking For
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 1–3 years in service coordination, backend operations, or technical support
Skills:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent data entry and documentation accuracy
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Good communication and multitasking abilities Key Skills
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English (Preferred)
